December 13, 2007 – Acquired Northern Challenger Exploration Inc., reorganized the Board of Directors and introduced a new management team.

March 20, 2008 – Acquired K-Town Energy Ltd., increasing WestFire’s production by 600 boe per day.

June 25, 2008 – Acquired oil and natural gas assets for $24.4 million increasing WestFire’s production by approximately 300 boe per day.

October 7 , 2008 – Acquired five private companies with oil and natural gas assets in the Dodsland area of Saskatchewan for $7.5 million increasing WestFire’s production by 100 boe per day.

November 14 , 2008 – Acquired Racing Resources Ltd. through a share for share exchange by issuing 4,020,700 shares of WestFire. This increased WestFire's production by approximately 200 boe per day.

June 18, 2009 – Acquired oil and natural gas assets for $9.9 million. This increased WestFire's production by approximately 125 boe per day.

December 18, 2009 - Acquired Exceed Energy Inc. through a share for share exchange by issueing 645,229 shares of WestFire.

December 18, 2009 - Acquired oil and natural gas assets for $30.0 million.

December 24, 2009 - WestFire commenced trading on the TSX under the symbol WFE.

April 30, 2010 - WestFire completes acquisition of Provost Alberta Viking assets for $7.5MM, increases bank line to $42 MM and enters into a $30MM bought deal financing agreement

June 30, 2011 - WestFire completes strategic merger with Orion Oil & Gas Corporation increasing production to approximately 9,000 Boe per day. In addition, WestFire establishes a syndicate of banks and increases its bank line to $200 MM.
